Greenshot is a great easy tool for making a quick screenshot. Create a screenshot of a selected region, window or full screen, Annotate, highlight or obfuscate parts of the screenshot.
Greenshot is completely free and open source!

Click on [Save File] button.
Save it to a location on your computer where you can access to open the file.
Navigate to where you downloaded the installation file, [right mouse] click and select [Open].
Click on the [Run] button.
Select [English] and click [OK]
Click on [I accept the agreement] radio button and click [Next] button.
Select destination to install on your computer. Default is [C:\Program Files\Greenshot] and click [Next] button.
Select [Default Installation] and select [Next] or custom select options as desired.
Select default start menu folder [Greenshot] and click on [Next] button. You can customize this to whatever you want.
Select [Start Greenshot with Windows start] and click on [Next] button.
Click on [Install] button.
Check [Start Greenshot] and click on [Finish] button.
